Emeritus Professor David Pannell
David Pannell has completed, supervised or reviewed hundreds of Benefit-Cost Analyses for clients around the world, and has delivered dozens of training courses, ranging from beginners to advanced-level.
David is the Founder and former Director of the Centre for Environmental Economics and Policy at the University of Western Australia (UWA CEEP). He has won an outstanding teaching award from his university, and awards for research excellence in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

Dr Claire Doll
Claire Doll specialises in non-market valuation and Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA). She was trained in using BCA methods by David Pannell during her PhD at UWA, and in subsequent research and consulting roles.
Claire is Deputy Director (Engagement) of UWA CEEP and is a faculty member of the Department of Economics at the UWA Business School.

BCA Tools
David developed the INFFEWS Benefit-Cost Analysis Tool which is widely used in Australia.
He co-developed INFFER, a tool for evaluating and prioritising environmental projects, using BCA principles. INFFER won a Eureka Prize - Australia’s top science award.
